JAMS AND THEN THAT FAMILIAR MELODIES. MY SONG. THEN MY OTHER SONG. then an unknown one, which turned out to be madonna's. JAMS. THEN THAT FAMILIAR DRUM BEATS. FUZZLES IN THE STOMACH. ONE NEW SONG. "TOWERS". OUTRO. ALL THAT NOISE. LASERSOUNDS.

THEN THAT SONG I NEVER THOUGHT I'D SEE PLAYED THAT DAY. THE FIRST SONG OF THEIRS I HEARD FOR THE FIRST TIME THAT MADE ME FALL IN LOVE W THEM.
i cant remember when but all of a sudden THEY DANCED WHILE PLAYING. MARI TOO WHILE PRESSING THE SYNTH KEYS. and green plastic balls with sand/rice inside?? JUST SO POISED YET SO CUTE.
and the bassist riffing the bass??? never seen that before. drummer tho replied my 3 day old tweet!!!!

you must be wondering what is happening up there so here goes
a couple of days ago i went to ARTE, an exhibition of "Indonesia's best performing arts, culinary arts, visual arts, film festival, art market, and music performance" to see one of my favorite local bands, Jirapah.
i was supposed to watch them with a friend of mine, but she was running late and it was minutes before they start performing so i went to the hall (where they would perform) and looked for seats/standing spots. i saw people just sitting there in front of the stage. CARPET-SEATED! it wasn't so crowded at the time so i sat somewhere in the middle with the best view. the emcees kept talking for about 5 minutes, introducing the exhibition and the bands and stuff. when they were finished, Jirapah came onstage, and out of reflex i just stood up and sat closer to the stage to have (yet) a better view. which i got very easily since not many people had arrived. including my friend, though, so i watched the performance by myself. warmed by the carpet, chilled by the air conditioner, calmed by the silence, eager from the noises. strangers around me, the nearest one was about one meter away from my left.
